My Story
Hi, I'm Nicole. I'm the owner & founder of Be Well Therapy Studio, a boutique mental health practice located in the heart of London, Ontario. Since 2019, I have been offering a modern & relatable perspective to mental health care across Ontario that aims to break through the stigmas of accessing mental health care and create a safe, inclusive, and collaborative space for clients to enjoy and learn to "Be Well"!
With over 5 years of clinical experience offering psychotherapy and business coaching in Ontario, I am pleased to be able to extend my offerings to therapists who have the desire to work with a professional who brings fresh perspectives, business-oriented growth discussions, and a modern approach to mental health care. My supervision style can be described as collaborative, person-centred, and supportive. I value hearing your perspectives, investigating counter-transference, and helping you to build business operating practices that help streamline your practice and help you be the best therapist you can be for your clients.
