I'm Kerri!
Accepting new clients for individual therapy both in-office & online
I am a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) dedicated to holistic well-being and personal growth.
My journey began as a dancer in my teenage years, using movement to process emotions and stress, which led me to pursue a degree in Dance at York University. To deepen my understanding of mind-body connection, I completed extensive yoga trainings, including 500-hour Modo Teacher Training, and integrated Breathwork and Meditation practices. In 2022, I graduated from Pratt Institute's Dance/Movement Therapy Masters of Science program, focusing on supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ youth and those exploring authenticity and self-expression.
I specialize in helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, suicidal ideation, identity building, emotional expression, self-understanding, and building resilience. My approach creates a queer-inclusive, safe space where individuals are met with validation and empathy. I focus on fostering long-term wellness and healthy emotional regulation through dance therapy, mindfulness and holistic psychotherapy.
I believe in the profound connection between mental, spiritual, and physical health, and welcome all individuals with an open heart, ready to guide them on their path to holistic well-being and self-discovery. I am deeply passionate about mental health advocacy and personal growth. I’m committed to helping others understand their best selves to live with openness and joy. My mission is to provide a supportive environment where clients can explore their inner worlds and build a foundation for lasting wellness.
